The season opener is this Friday against the Ardmore Tigers. The rivalry between Ardmore and Elkmont is always creative. Both teams will have huge fan followings at the game Friday. Lots of fun will be had by both teams and communities.This Week's Activities:
Thursday:
5 pm - Get the field ready - parents and fans help to paint the field for Friday's game. Spray Paint provided - wear clothes you don't mind geting overspray on. Get the concession stand stocked and ready to go.
5:30 pm - honored tradition; decorate your favorite player's locker with spirit items and treats. Donations of these items are always welcome - every player gets something.
Friday: (Wear Elkmont Stuff)
Pep Rally @ 2:30 pm
Tailgating @ 4:30 pm - lots of fun and music; decorating your car and tailgating table is always a friendly contest. Bring some munchies and hang out with fellow Elkmont fans.
Spirit Walk @ 5:15 pm - start to line up at 5 pm to cheer the team has they walk to the field house
Gates Open at 5:30 pm - be there by 6:15 to even have a chance to find a seat; would suggest before 6 pm
Kick-Off - 7 pm
