The Elkmont Quarterback Club is offering you the opportunity to congratulate an athlete, band member, cheerleader, cross country, volleyball player, senior, or group, etc., by placing an ad in their honor.  You may include a picture of the honoree with your ad. Extended Deadline is August 4.  Picture Day is August 2@ 6:30 pm.

CLEAN UP DAY AT BOSS HILL STADIUM

Saturday, August 4

Come out and lend a hand! All interested football fans and family will meet at the stadium beginning at 8 AM to clean. Need pressure washers, paint scrapers, weed eaters, and lots of man power!

FOOTBALL BANQUET IS COMING

The season is over and it's time for the Elkmont Football Banquet.  It will be Sunday, December 3 at 1:30 pm, Athens Senior Center. Pre-event tickets are $15 for one and $25 for two. All tickets are $15 per person the day of the banquet. Players and cheerleaders do not pay. MEET THE RED DEVILS

The Quarterback Club will be holding a hamburger supper, Saturday 19 @ 7 pm.  The 2017 football teams and cheerleader squads will be introduced. After the introductions, free hamburgers and hotdogs will be available.
 
In lieu of admission, donations of cleaning supplies are welcomed and would be greatly appreciated...(laundry detergent, Lysol spray, clorox wipes, and brooms/dust pans.)....Come out and show your support for your Elkmont Red Devils!!

Reserve seating for the 2017 football season will be sold.

PICTURE DAY IS AUGUST 1

Picture Day
Varsity/JV/MS football and cheer pictures have been changed to August 1st at 5:30pm. Varsity/JV football players and cheerleaders needs to be at the stadium at 5pm and be ready to go at 5:30. Middle School football and cheer pictures will follow at 6:15 and will need to be there no later than 5:45. I apologize if this is a problem. I wish I could accomodate everyone but I simply can't.

Band pictures will remain August 3rd beginning at 5:30. Please arrive and be ready to go at 5:30. Senior banner photos will be taken July 20 @ pm.

RESERVED SEATS AVAILABLE

Elkmont Football Reserved Seats are on sale for the 2016 season and $20.00 each. If you would like to renew your seats for this season, please message Amanda Sims Roberts. 

Seat purchases will be available this Thursday, August 18 and any time prior to the first home game. If you have not renewed or contacted Amanda prior to the first game, your seats will be up for someone else to purchase.

Note: 
To qualify for reserved seating, you must be a member of the Quarterback Club.  Cost of membership is $20.

QUARTERBACK CLUB MEETING THIS SUNDAY

The Quarterback Supper is next week and the

Quarterback Club is busy getting ready for the opening game vs Ardmore.  They are having a meeting this Sunday @ 2 pm in the Elkmont New Gym.  You are invited to come and find out how you can be involved with the Elkmont Red Devil Football program.

ELKMONT FOOTBALL IS AROUND THE CORNER

Elkmont Football Parents: there will be a Quarterback Club meeting Sunday, July 13, 2pm New Gym lobby. We will be discussing the upcoming season and need your support. All varsity, JV and middle school parents are encouraged to attend.

QUARTERBACK CLUB NEWS

The Elkmont Quarterback Club is now accepting requests for advertising. Advertise your business and support our football team with a 4' x 4' advertising weatherproof banner, along with a full page ad in our game program. Cost for both is $300, or you can purchase the sign only for $250. If this is a sign renewal, the cost will be $250 for a sign and full page ad, or $200 for the sign only. Your sign will hang on the playing field during the football season. Signs should be paid in advance of hanging.

BUY YOUR RESERVED SEATING

Reserved Seating.... if you have or would like to purchase reserved seating for this season, please see Heather Hobbs on or before August 24 to pay. If you would like to mail a check, please do so to 19972 Upper Fort Hampton Road, Elkmont, AL. Heather will have your reserved seat ticket at the Hamburger Supper Saturday the 18th or August 24 before the Jamboree.  Just a reminder that Quarterback Club membership is required to be eligible for reserved seating.

You can get your reserved seating at the hamburger supper.  

LAST DAY FOR PROGRAM ADS

Saturday is the final day to purchase ads for the program. If the program committee don't have it on Saturday, it will not appear in the program. If you would like to purchase one, we will be at the football field from 8-11a.m. Let Pam Eaves know if you have any questions. Go Red!

TERVIS TUMBLER FUNDRAISER

Hey there Elkmont Football Fan, just wanted to let you know about the upcoming fundraiser. We have ordered clear Tervis Tumblers with the Elkmont Football logo. and she will hold you one. If you will be at the football hamburger supper you can pick your tumbler up them or at the first game on the 24th. Remember, the more money we raise the more we can help the team.

Here is some important information for the Elkmont Red Devil Fan:

Event: Elkmont Football Fans: Ad sales are winding down. If possible, please have ad turned in by the end of the week. All players, cheerleaders, band members should have a form. If you need one let me know. If you would like a picture to be in your ad that is taken on Media Day (Aug. 11), just let me know. Football season is nearly here!!!! Details: Get your ELKMONT vs ARDMORE 2012 T-Shirt!! ELKMONT's will be RED ARDMORE's will be black Let's show our support for the 2012 Football Season by wearing our t-shirts on Friday, August 31, when ELKMONT takes on ARDMORE at Ardmore's Cooper Field!  Contact Elkmont High School Band.  Order forms will be available on the school website the first week of August.

Hello Everyone, just wanted to let you know that there will be a Quarterback Club Meeting this Sunday @ 7pm. We will be talking about several upcoming events, so please make plans to attend. The work we do will help our team and school have a great season. Remember everything we do is for the kids and we need your help.

The Quarterback Club are in the process of changing the reserved seating areas and needs to get a feel of how many will be renewing. Many have already contacted Heather regarding new seats for this year and to give these individuals a good idea of where seats will be available she needs your feed back.

QUARTERBACK CLUB MEETING TODAY

Quarterback Club Meeting to kick off the 2012 season is tonight.  Location: New Gym or Field House @ 6 pm

QUARTERBACK CLUB MEETING - FEBRUARY 12 @ 1:30, NEW GYM

The budget and bylaws for the reorganized Quarterback Club will be presented and fine tuned at this meeting.  If you are interested in being involved in the Elkmont football program, this is a good place to start.  If you have a player or coming up player, it is important you get involved.  We really don't have enough parents involved and not enough voices contribute.  Please find time in your schedule to come and be a part of the process.  It is like voting; if you don't come, you can't complain.
