What to expect: The Wildcats earned their first playoff berth since 1998 last season and had their first winning record since 1999. To advance to the postseason in back-to-back seasons, something the program has never achieved, West Limestone will lean heavily on its running back and linebacker corps that are anchored by Blankenship and Rivera on both sides. Odds of another playoff run appear to be against the Wildcats. But, after winning 10 games in seven seasons they’ve doubled that number in Arnsparger’s four seasons, which is reason enough to believe it could happen.
